Renowned Nigerian musician, Babatunde Rahim, popularly known as Lyta, recently expressed his desire to reunite with his former mentor, Olamide, at the YBNL Nation record label.
In a 2019 interview with Naija Hall, Lyta discussed his departure from Olamide’s record label and hinted at attracting interest from another record label. However,
in a recent podcast interview, Lyta clarified that his departure from YBNL was not intentional. He candidly expressed his wish to return, stating, “I want to be back with YBNL. What I did back then [leaving YBNL Nation] wasn’t intentional. I didn’t hear from Olamide before leaving, and after I left,
he just became unreachable. But I’ve spoken to him since leaving. I reached out to him via Instagram on his birthday, and he responded.”
